Huddie Ledbetter played a jumbo-bodied Stella twelve-string guitar witha 26 1/2" scale
length, generally tuned to either B or C. The strings on his guitar at the time of his
death are as follows:
course 1: .014/.014
The first, second and third courses are all tuned in unison pairs, the fourth and fifth course pairs are one octave apart, and the sixth course pair is two octaves apart. |
